This was my first bridal botique that I went to when finding a wedding dress. From the start, it was horrible. As I entered the door this older lady was supposed to help me and guide me through the process, but she said that she had another client too and would be jumping back and forth between me and her other client. The only thing she showed me were the dresses and never once checked on me after that. When I finally found a dress I liked I walked out to view it in the mirror and stood there for 30 minutes waiting on someone to help me. Finally another employee saw me standing and said she would get her. 15 min after that the lady came back and I asked for a veil to try on but she never returned with it and my appt was over. I ended up finding the same dress (that I bought) at J Majors and they were the best. Awesome customer service. Maybe Mecklenburg bridal should learn from them and not double book clients!
