Review content:
Although our first impressions of the office, staff and dentist were good, my husband, sons (13 & 10) and I all had VERY disappointing experiences with Dr. Ulm. The following experiences all occurred within a month. - For a simple color match for a cavity; Dr. Ulm used gray, in the white tooth. - My son had a painful cavity that Dr. Ulm completely missed on his check up, the reason he went in. A month later we went to another dds who said it must have been there a month before. - My 10 year old does not like going to the dentist. (Who does?) There wasn't any laughing gas, or sympathy. - I'm not sure what he did to my tooth but it hurts worse than it did before I went in and I can't eat on my right side at all. I now wonder if he knows what he is doing and I am looking for a new dentist for our family.
