The rep from Truly Nolen, Dan, came to our house & was incredibly polite & knowledge (rare now days). He was actually smiling and had a great attitude. We had interviewed other Termite companies, but I felt strongly that all they cared about was how much money they could get from me. What they could do for me didn't seem to matter. The Truly Nolen rep worked with me on what needed to be treated at my home and then gave me a very fair price (cheaper than several other companies). The men who came to apply the termite controller were just as nice as the rep. I was really impressed. It's is so hard to find good, honest, ethical companies to do business with. I would highly recommend using Truly Nolen. You will get more for your money, a great product and a smile!! Also, they stand behind their work & they will come back out within one year if you need them. We will definitely use them again.
