Dr. Marcil is one very opinionated dentist. It’s her way or the highway. If you do exactly what she thinks needs to be done then you will be fine. When we questioned anything she did or recommended, then she treated us like we were fools and idiots. She said that our daughter had three cavities and one needed to be filled right away. When we took her to another dentist for a second opinion, he said that he could not find ANY cavities. I don’t like my children to have too many x-rays (and she KNEW that I felt very strongly about that). When we saw another dentist, he showed me that she had taken 4 bite-wings, a panoramic, plus some extras! The new dentist replied, “Boy is this over-kill on the x-rays”. We will NEVER return to Dr. Marcil again!
