With 160,000 miles on it, we decided it was time to retire my son’s 2004 Honda that we had purchased new. \r
\r
We looked at other brands but decided to go with another new Honda as we had so much luck with the first one.\r
\r
I was discussing this with one of my neighbors who said his son had just purchased a used Honda from Keith Johnson at White Plains Honda and he was very happy with it.\r
\r
Although we had not considered a used car, we figured it was worth a look. I was all prepared for high pressure tactics and all the other bad things you hear about used car salespeople. \r
\r
Boy, was I ever surprised. \r
\r
First of all, Keith was no pressure. I don’t mean very little pressure, I mean no pressure.\r
\r
Second, he took the time to find out what our needs were and then showed us the right vehicles. \r
\r
On one of the occasions when Keith was out of the office for a little while, his manager Joe treated us with the same quality attention until Keith returned.\r
\r
All in all, this was one of the most satisfying experiences I’ve ever encountered in a car dealership.\r
\r
I highly recommend seeing Keith Johnson if you are in the market for a car.\r
