Review content:
We were seated right away on a Friday night, the menu was explained and our server was very helpful. We then waited over an hour for our food, which was only begrudgingly brought to us after we inquired about it 3 times. My pasta with broccoli was plunked down in front of me without a word (no apology)! To add insult to injury, the brocolli was on the brown side of green and there was not another word spoken to us. I even had to ask for the check!\r
The least that was required in this situation was an apology for such a delay. Especially considering there was a 6-year old child and woman 7-months pregnant in our party.
Pros: rustic atmosphere
Cons: the worst kind of bad customer service
