I went to this store for paint with a plan from my designer which included a listing of all the colors I needed by brand and number. I have never bought paint before, but my painter would have had to delay the job if he had to pick it up himself. I almost walked our because they were busy and I had to wait a long time for service, but once they got to me, I understood why. The man who helped me spent a lot of time with me and wouldn't let other customers interrupt. I liked that he gave me a ""dip"" of the paint before he closed the can so that I could check the color mix. It shows real quality control and I knew that I wouldn't have to come back to redo the paint (unlike some stories I have heard from friends about their paint purchases elsewhere). The staff was especially helpful and they gave ;me real personal attention. [No wonder they are busy - they should consider giving out numbers like deli counters do so you can guage how long your wait is and go have coffee.
Pros: Very personal service and attention to quality
