Run from this doctor , charged $25 to fill out a form for employer.The other half of the form was uncompleted called to get assistance for DR to fill out second form -was denied* Had about ten visits, wants you to go and take lots of tests.Spent Lots of Insurance Money.... This doctor cares nothing about patients had to make two trips to the emergency room costing over S10,000 all because the doctor prescribe a bad med that had terrible side effects. She refused to change the med to the alternative. Save your time and have peace of mind go find a real caring doctor...like Dr Mathias He is a real good doctor. The Browns S.
