They're really quite annoying. The place is hard to find and you better get there on time if you want them to see you because they don't adhere to their policy. \r
Their policy, much like other medical offices, is to reschedule after 15 minutes of your appointment time if you're late. I got there 7 minutes late because of this stupid storm and the girl at the counter says, ""eeee, I don't know if she'll see you.."" I tell her it's been 7 minutes and their policy states after 15 minutes I have to reschedule. She leaves to talk to the doc and comes back to tell me I have to reschedule. I was livid! It is a real hassle to find them in the Dominican Parking lot, in the rain! And they went against their policy. I spend more than 15 minutes waiting for them in a paper towel and nothing is ever done about that!!
