Review content:
When I entered the spa I was greeted by a couple of very friendly women. They had me pay for my services and showed me to a room where I could change into a robe. There were lockers for clients belongings which was a good idea. They offered me tap water or tea while I waited. First I had an hour massage. The girl was bubbly and very young (21 years old). She did not ask me any questions, just had me layt down and she got to work. Once on the table she was very chatty. She did not stop talking about her boyfriend and her church the entire time. It was hard to really relax, even though she was nice.\r
Next was my manicure. This was the worst of my life. It was painful! The young girl jabbed at my cuticle and scraped under my nail and I shouted out in pain. She laughed and made light of it. She continued to cut my nail on my thumb so short that it actually needed a band-aid! Days later my finger tips were still in pain and even swollen. Do NOT see Nicole for a manicure! I will not go back.
Pros: friendly and bubbly girls
Cons: painful, inexperienced staff
