My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new so we went here. First of all we were not greeted as we walked in and the hostess was very impolite she made it seem as if we were a bother to her. We waited 45 minutes to be seated after being told it would take 20. When we got seated our server greeted us after about 5 minutes and put our drink order in. 10 minutes later we had them. Half an hour went by before we saw our server again. It took at least another 45 minutes for our food to come out. The entire time we were there we had no refills on our drink and our server NEVER checked on us. I was quite angry by the time we got our food and the manager could see that we were unhappy but hurried by so he wouldn't have to bother with resolving any issue. We got our food boxed up before eating any of it as we had been there a good 2 hours. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! I know I will never go back. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
Pros: conveniently located.
Cons: All around customer service.
