Used to be my favorite store and by far the best boutique in Brooklyn. But since new management (as of maybe two years ago?), the shopping experience has become significantly less pleasant. Quality is poor, selection is limited, and the customer service is atrocious - actually had one saleswoman laugh in my face when I inquired about a return. If you want outrageously overpriced clothing and bad attitudes, I'd recommend you stick to Manhattan. Brooklyn has better to offer elsewhere.
