Review content:
I completely echoe what was said by sblake7 and NO, they have not improved! I chose them to be my children's dentist and regretted it completely. It's a total assembly-line operation where the same dentist did not see both of my kids (even though I had made two separate appts with the same dentist, one after the other). They pulled them and me in different directions and then gave them only a 5 minute exam. Then the ""closer"" called me to inform me of the expensive treatments that my kids will need. Since my younger one was nervous during the visit, they suggested sedation to fill the cavaties at $1,000! When I questioned if that was necessary, I was made to feel like an uncaring parent who shouldn't let money get in the way of my child's comfort. I just called to request their x-rays and was told there is a $25 fee for each and I have to submit a request in WRITING and pay the fees in person before they'll even start the process which will take 5 days! They have so many different people running around, you never speak with the same person and can't be guaranteed to even see the same dentist. Do Not go to Dental Plus in Pasadena!
Cons: Assembly-line operation, no personal care
