I went to see Kathleen after struggling with trying to lose weight and seeing poor results. Though I had been restricting calories and exercising, the weight was extremely slow in coming off and I was feeling fatigued and discouraged. After reviewing my food logs and taking a health history as well as reviewing recent medical test results, Kathleen recommended I try a 4-week liver detox cleanse. Almost immediately after beginning the cleanse, I noticed improved energy levels. The weight began to come off, as well. My health has improved, and I feel I am on the road to lifelong wellness.
