I recently changed my primary to Dr. Patton, as I was dissatisfied w/ my previous doctor. Dr. Patton has done more for me in 6 months, then my last doctor did in the 5 years that I saw him. She is extremely kind- I actually feel as though she cares about my health, which is a great feeling. She has diagnosed a problem that I have been begging my previous doctor to treat for the past 5 years, but he always insisted it was ""in my head."" Unlike him, Dr. Patton took me seriously right away, and let me know that my problems were real, as I had always known. I am FINALLY getting the treatment I have always needed, and my quality of life has improved greatly.
I know that I can tell her anything, even if it sounds crazy, and she always reassures me, and gives the best care possible.
The staff is patient, kind & competent- and I am always taken on the day that I call, even if they have to squeeze me into the schedule. They follow up when needed, and are always very helpful.
Changing over to Dr. Patton was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I highly recommend her- especially to anyone who has chronic health issues. I feel confident that I am finally getting the care that I need.
