My friend use to work there and she told me about all the ridiculous things that go on there, for example: don't bother showing up on time to your appointment because the doctor will purposely keep you waiting even if they have nothing else to do. They bad mouth almost every client that walks through the doors and have a system of labeling clients as crazy, smelly, or poor( and many more) inside their chart. They raised there vaccine prices from $30 a vaccine and a free exam to $50 for an exam and $45 for each shot and they spend maybe 10 minutes with you. I also heard that they almost doubled the prices of the routine surgeries and make you pay for things that you don't need.\r

The good thing about this facility is the boarding. I hear they are great with boarding and have a nice area separate from the hospital where they keep the boarders. As for regular vet care I would go elsewhere. I want a vet that will care for my cats without only thinking about how much money she can get out of me.
Pros: Boardiing, clean building
Cons: disrespectful to clients, expensive
