It took an hour and a half. It looked like the dash had been wiped once but was not clean. Nothing else was clean. The cup holders were still filthy. The seats were not vacuumed. I had to clean everythign myself later. The exterior was washed, but there were still bugs on the front of the car, and dirt on the back bumper. The carpet was cleaned, but the floor mats were still dark and dingy. I left without saying anything because I was late for another appointment.
Pros: carpets looked better
