Review content:
I was pregnant and looking for a ob, I found Dr Walker on my insurance web site. My very first visit I had to wait an hour to see the doctor then another 45 mins to get an ultrasound. After the ultrasound I was to see Dr Walker again, but the staff informed me that she had gone to the hospital, I ended my visit seeing a NP. From the time I walked into the office I did not feel welcome, the staff was rude and acted as though they had better places to be. While waiting for my appointment the doctor came up to the front area several times and just chatted and used the computer. I also found it very unprofessional that she would yell down the hall for nurses, and gave another patient test results in the back waiting room, where there were several people waiting. The check out woman could not answer any questions and stopped helping me to answer her cell phone. I was also alarmed when I called back several days later to inquire about payment and so forth that the billing lady sounded like she knew less than I did. Overall, the only good things I can say about the office is the ultrasound lady and the NP, April, I saw were great. Needless to say, I am going to go elsewhere for the rest of my pregnancy. Cons: long wait, unprofessional, rude
