Below their address line the invoice reads ""Home of the Honest Mechanic."" However, I now believe this a ?short sale? in terms of their performance and customer service I received. I was tired of being overcharged and under-serviced by the dealerships in town; I own a late model VW. I tried to get into 2 other shops closer to my work location, simply as a matter of convenience. Accurate Auto of Tualatin is in my home back yard, go figure. After 3 tries to meet the other guys ?appointment schedule terms"" and waiting 2 weeks to get in I called Accurate Auto of Tualatin out of desperation. They fit me in IMMEDIATELY and were able to take care of my problem the very same day. I can?t say you should expect the same immediacy of attention I received. However, they were honest with me on the phone not like the other shops I called. Their shop is not super fancy like the big dealerships in town. This was not important to me, quality of service is. These folks have integrity, are very thoughtful, they take ownership in their work as a matter of pride. I also know I would have paid $1,000 more if I went to a VW dealership for the same exact service. Accurate Auto of Tualatin is ?Top Drawer? and I recommend everyone visit them for superior quality and trustworthy auto service. Get ready to be surprised!
