Don't take your car here. If you have already taken your car to Inaccurate Auto using their ""free"" towing, take it to another mechanic NOW. They had our car for a day. After going to the BetterBusinessBureau's website and seeing that there were 8 complaints logged in the last 3 years, we decided to take it out first thing the next morning. Very glad we did. They had diagnosed the problem as it likely being a head gasket (which, by the way, they tried to guilt trip us by saying we caused the problem by running the car hot). We took it to Scottie's down the street (A+ Better Bus. Bureau rating). They had it diagnosed a few hours later and fixed by noon the next day. The end problem: water pump and timing belt kit. We were out the $90 diagnostic fee we had to pay to Inaccurate but it could have been a lot more expensive. Pros: Hmmm...location? Cons: Shady, inaccurate diagnosis
