Businiess name:  Accurate Auto of Tualatin

Review content:
I took my truck in to Accurate Auto with an extremely well defined and easily reproducible problem -- the truck was hopping horribly at highway speeds.\r \r Initially they tried to talk me into a solution which was obviously incorrect -- new tires. Obviously incorrect because I had the problem both with old tires and a new set. They then proceeded to prescribe replacing the entire front-end, which they did at a cost of thousands of dollars.\r \r This did nothing to solve the problem. They offered to keep fixing stuff, but since I was running out of money I declined. I took the truck to the Ford dealer who fixed the problem (albeit at an inflated repair price) correctly the first time.\r \r I don't know why Accurate Auto got the diagnosis so incredibly wrong. Either they failed to diagnose the problem properly, or simply decided to charge me for some unnecessary repairs. Ultimately whether the problem was incompetence or dishonesty does not matter to me. I will not return there, and will continue to suggest that others avoid them as well. Pros: Usually answered the phone when I called. Cons: Mis-diagnosed problem. Charged thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. Never fixed the real problem.
