In the past 25 years, I have purchased 8 vehicles from dealerships and never have I been treated so poorly, rudely, disrespected and out right lied to at a dealership as I have been at VanDevere. I had the worst experience of my life at an attempt to purchase a vehicle at VanDevere. After 4 days and 3 trips to to the dealership, we had an agreed upon price for the car and i agreed to purchase it and they sold it 5 minutes before my appointment to purchase it. They didn't even try to make it right. They didn't even apologize or even show the slightest bit that they even cared. They didn't even offer to try to find another car that I might like. Instead, they just let me walk away upset, disappointed and to another dealership. Also, if a consumer doesn't know car values or do their homework, they will take advantage of you. I was given a price at one VanDevere location and a salesman at another VanDevere location tried to sell me the exact same car for $2195.00 more. That is 40% more for the same car.
