WOW, you will not believe how crazy management is at the Annie Sez in Massapequa Park. I had been working there for 2 weeks and had only been scheduled for a total of 8 hours. When I spoke to the manager, Claudine, (who by the way was trashing me behind my back to someone very close to me) I asked her why I wasn't getting hours and training and her quote to me was ""we DO NOT TRAIN employees, we are on a budget"" What kind of nutbag is she? Isn't that the job of a manager? or should we learn through osmosis? She was extremely immature, rude and unprofessional. Her comment to me the first day I worked was that ""we are very inappropriate here"". Well, she was right. I would suggest that upper management take a good look at Claudine and her incompetence and inappropriate comments and behaviors.
