Review content:
I had such high hopes for this restaurant. I practically watched it being built. Boy was I disappointed. Things started off OK. They had my reservation right and I was promptly shown to a table. It was all down hill from there. My friend and I waited well over an hour for our food. It wasn't even that busy. They could have at least brought one of our rolls over for us to snack on, or they could have offered us complimentary miso or edamame. That didn't happen. They did bring our sake, but we were looking forward to enjoying sake WITH our meal. When our food finally arrived, the yellowtail was not fresh. The tempura batter on our soft shell crab roll was very undercooked. It was actually still dripping if you can believe that. Pros: nice decor, good location Cons: gooey tempura, fish not fresh, long wait for food
