I went to have my regrowth done & ended up with what looked like even more regrowth. At the salon when I queried it the colourist said it would wash up okay and if not use a light coloured dish washing liquid on it!!!! Yes, you read that right - normally they want you to buy some overpriced shampoo, now it's dish washing liquid - corrosive stuff! So anyway I met with a friend and she couldn't believe how bad my hair looked. I then rang the salon to state I was not happy with the colour, it was not right and would they fix it. The colourist again said use dishwashing liquid!! (no way) and that I should have told her my hair grabbed ash!! Can you believe this! So I agreed to try washing it etc, then she must have told her boss, cause she rang back & said to come in to fix it. Well, it did nothing! And she could barely be bothered to dry it - it was awful. I was so mad, I'd paid $180 + tip and had bad hair. The girl that shampooed me was also really bad, she kept pulling at my hair so much I said ""ow"" about 5 times. I think she was being mean because how dare I complain. I've been to a few salons in the area (trying to find a great h/c) this was the worst! I still have damaged hair from this experience & everytime I look in the mirror it makes me so mad.
