Chef Ruwan saved the day! I was looking for an impressive Birthday cake for one of our executives and I sought out Chef Ruwan. I had never experienced Ruwan’s cakes, but read great reviews and decided to give it a shot. I was truly amazed at the artistry of the cake (his impeccable attention to detail). The praline, butter cream cake was wrapped in a thin layer of chocolate, with almond roca candy and gold leaf confetti on top. The Birthday message was written beautifully on top of a thin piece of white chocolate, slightly elevated above the cake. Our VP was pleasantly surprised and was raving over the cake’s beauty, precision and most importantly, the amazing and unforgettable flavor.
