I called for the 1st time to set up a teeth cleaning. I had to have my insurance company call them to ensure they accepted it (the receptionist wouldn't do the work). After that trouble, I was told the earliest appointment they had was 2 months out & their hours were only during weekdays from 9:30 am to 4 pm...not sure how a working man can go see a dentist during those hours! Then I was told on my initial visit I could not get a teeth cleaning...only x-rays! Kind of a ridiculous process...I didn't make the appointment!
