I have been with Dr. Dooley for almost 20 years and have been extremely happy with him and his staff for the majority of that time. Unfortunately, he joined a huge group practice a couple of years ago and I really dislike the impersonal cattle call feel his office has now. I know he did it in response to external pressures such as rising liability insurance premiums, and put it off as long as he could, but I just don't like going there anymore. It's frustrating to park there, the waiting room has blaring TVs with obnoxious talk shows running constantly and the admin staff is not friendly. It is tragic to see this happen to his wonderful practice. :(
Pros: wonderful doctor
Cons: huge group practice, you get lost in the crowd, always a wait
