Review content:
This was an extremely busy and impersonal office. You have to see 5 different people just to get your paperwork completed. The doctor was competent and even asked if there was anything else that I needed assistance with (a level of service unheard of usually in physicians) however I have been trying to get a follow up phone call on the meds that he prescribed which are NOT working and we are playing phone tag. I do not need a physician/nurse that is not able to get my care to me in a reasonable amount of time. I will look elsewhere for another physician.
Pros: Doctor seemed to actually want to provide service.
Cons: Everything else - the impersonal nature, the wait, the lack of follow up, the factory nature of the office
