Review content:
I love the classes that BBT offers however they are so interested in making a quick buck by selling crazy amounts of groupon and discounted offers they do not care about creating or maintaining a relationship. I started with BBT through a groupon loved it and joined. Now that I have joined I am constantly shut out of classes because they have sold so many deals. I have to email numerous times to get added to classes even though I am paying double or maybe triple what the discounted groupon rate was. Classes are so crowded and often times there are not enough spots or equipment for people. There is also no protocol to verify if you have in fact signed up for a class. Basically anyone can walk in take a class and not have registered for the class leaving someone who registered with out equipment and a spot in the class.
