Review content:
I would have to agree with most reviews. The classes really pushes you to work hard and you will sweat alot and start to see results. However, the rooms are too small and they classes don't start on time. They say you should spend the first 15 minutes to stretch on your own but I would personally prefer they start on time.\r
\r
Furthermore I don't find all the workouts to be low or non impact. I have a really bad knee and several of my classes we were asked to do deep squats. Hell they even have a couple of pictures on thier website with the class in deep squat position. The squats really aggervated my knee issues. Thier non-impact advertising was the reason I even gave this place a chance. \r
\r
They do push thier shakes and supplements but that was only at the orientation which really should be kept to 1 hour. You have to schedule your classes online and it is sometimes hard to get into the QVR (weight training) classes for a couple weeks at a time. This can be frustrating.\r
\r
Overall good workouts, they just need to work at getting a larger place or sell less coupons to keep the class size and the class availabilty reasonable. I would go the groupon, living single or faveroo route for their class otherwise I would say they are really overpriced.
