Review content:
The carpet cleaning was excellent. I cannot say enough about the CCC cleaner, Darryl, who was gem. He was delightful, professional and took care with special needs that I had including a chair lift on the stairs. He was the perfect representative for your company.
Although I use the Internet frequently during the day, I would have preferred talking to someone regarding some questions and confusion I had after getting a price quote. It would have been too much trouble going back and forth with these questions and then wait for answers vie a-mail, so I didn't bother. Also, I would prefer that Ashley call me in the future with scheduling details or problems. I have a "dumb" cell phone with plenty of rollover minutes but am charged 50 cents for a text coming in or going out, so I text sparingly.
