Review content:
Please think twice before using Rising Sun Pools to install your pool, open up your pool or any such work. We used this company because the previous homeowner recommended them. Our liner tore during a windstorm and we contracted with them to replace the liner. We encountered problems from the beginning. The water company they recommended brought in water that had an algae. A portion of liner was not properly seated at the top. The pool light was full of water. The pool liner was left dirty and therefore the $625 worth of water was instantly dirty. The contract said that they would make any needed repairs to the concrete underneath, yet they did not. I placed multiple calls to get it fixed to no avail and sometimes they did not call back. Now, the liner is floating when it rains, yet it did not do this before the new installation. Of course, that has nothing to do with the installation. I love the store in Garner and the manager has been nothing but helpful, however, the service department does not get my vote.
