Review content:
I have used Aerowood since 1995, and they have given my animals' excellent care. I took my first puppy there for shots and neutering at 6 months old and he passed away last week after 14 fine years. The Afterhours Emergency Clinic helped me through that final visit with more care and compassion that I could ever have expected, and Aerowood sent me a condolence card signed by all 15 staff members. They are awesome professionals. I've had to use other vets when living out of town and have seen just what shoddy care and awful service is like -- I'll always come back to Aerowood. It's a pity that [ThatCowgirl] had such a bad experience, and the loss of her animal is very sad, but what she describes is NOT the clinic and the people that I have known for 14 years (+/- 30 visits).
Pros: Walk-in Saturdays; Low staff turn-over; Pet records are available to Emer. vets; Friendly
Cons: Their products are a little spendy (but it's expensive real estate).
