I took ill while on a business trip to Aurora, CO and needed medical assistance. Not knowing the area, I went online to find the nearest Urgen Care facility. Rocky Mountain Urgen Care Commerce City was closest. As a walk-in my wait was only a very short time to see the doctor. The staff were very curteous and efficient and took all the necessary history and diagnostic tests which helped Dr. Imoff determine I had contracted Pneumonia. Not feeling well enough to run around trying to find a drugstore to get prescriptions filled, this facility sold prescriptions right there.... a great service! \r

Dr. Imhoff called me the next day to see how I was feeling and called 3 days later as well. Not your typical mode of opperanda for a doctor's office. This personal touch was very much appreciated. \r

I'm sorry one of the raters had such a negative experience because mine was exceptionally positive. Dr. Imhoff and staff were very professional. They project a sense of caring that you don't often find often in a doctor's office....e.g. too many are already backing out the door the minute they enter the examination room!
