Review content:
I thought I would try out Rocky Mountain since I was looking for a new PCP. I called and scheduled an appointment for 2pm and was asked to show up 15 early for paperwork. I showed up early and did my paperwork and at 2:45pm I walked out of the office due to the fact that the Dr. still hadn't made it to my room. At 2:35pm I went looking for someone and told them that my appointment was at 2pm and that if the Dr. did not walk in my room in the next 5 mins. I was leaving. The nurse told me ""well, it will be a few more mins, she is in with Roger."" So much for HIPPA! I went back to my room; a minute later the Dr. poked her head and told me she would be right in and thanked me for waiting. I gave her one more minute and nothing. So, I left! I told the front desk I need a refund for my co-pay and she tried to justify my waiting with the fact that they do Urgent Care as well. I told her what is the point in make an appointment if the Dr can't keep them. I had an appointment and the fact that someone else came that didn't have one was not my problem. Maybe this Dr should make a choice of what kind of practice she has; Urgent Care or Primary Care. If this is how she treats her patients that come to her for Primary Care she won't be in business long.
