Poor service and potentially health affecting practices. I have had issues in the past with prescription refills and had thought it was a Walmart issue. Two weeks ago I started a refill process and called Walmart for a refill and was told I needed to call RMUC. I called Jared at RMUC and was told they did not receive a fax from Walmart so I called Walmart again and once again they said they did fax it but would do so again and they even verified the fax number. After the second call to RMUC and speaking to Jared I asked for the prescription to be called in to King Soopers on 104th and Chambers. Two days later while leaving on vacation I stopped at King Soopers and was advised they did not receive a call from RMUC. I then drove to RMUC and was told by the receptionist that I needed to see the Dr before the prescription could be refilled. While explaining my situation the receptionist took a personal call on her cell phone and left the room. I was unable to see the doctor and ran out of medication needed for a heart condition. It will be over a week without my medication and had to set up an appt with a new medical facility. Convenient location but I will not risk my health to such a poor facility.
