AVOID! Dishonest billing practices! I provided my insurance card and they checked my insurance. I even told them my insurance had changed since I had last been there - yet they still referenced my old insurance information, provided a preventative service that wasn't covered and now refuse to acknowledge their mistake. My insurance company stated that the dentist office never even checked with them before proceeding with the uncovered x-rays. Even after trying to talk it over with them, I am now having to pay for their mistake and I am NOT happy about it. Finding a new dentist immediately! Avoid this practice!
