Review content:
I was a first time chiropractic customer [ever]. The ""doctor"" said that he would phone me the first day I was adjusted to check in. He never did. My husband recommended this place because he has had a good experience, mine was to the contrary.\r My first two or so visits were good, but on my third visit, which was a Friday, the adjustment caused me such pain that I could not sit, stand, or lay down for very long. I was in extreme pain. There is no ""care line"" for this clinic on ""closed"" days. My husband left a message on the regular business phone line on Saturday, [because I was in too much pain to phone]. We expected to hear back asap as a regular customer-service practice. My husband did not recieve a call back until the next business day [Monday], and even then it was the receptionist asking if I wanted to come in for another adustment. [Why would I want to come in for an ajustment when I was in pain?]\r The ""doctor"" NEVER phoned me perosnally [nor my husband] to ask questions, have me come in for x-rays, or take care of my needs.\r This business is a business where you ""enter at your own risk"".
