Too seldom do we stop to appreciate good services in our neighborhoods, to give credit and support for shops that would be more expensive if we were to have to go to Manhattan. I have been a customer of Microchip Cafe for the past 7 years, ever since I bought my first computer. From the start Microchip Cafe has offered house calls, usually within 24 hours, to prevent my having to dismantle my computer. When my computer was infected by a virus, they saved my data and reinstalled my operating system in record time. As I became more experienced, they were even able to make my machine dual-boot so that I could also doodle around in Linux in addition to Windows. Their technicians are extremely competent, and their in-house staff are courteous and honest to a fault; they have given me good service for both hardware and software problems. I would definitely recommend them for any and all computer problems.
Pros: convenient location, competent staff, reasonable prices
