Review content:
Whoever answers phone calls is very rude, won't answer my questions, and knows nothing about my health conditions. When I was called with the results of my test, I asked what I was supposed to do about it, and the lady (very rudely) told me that she had no idea I would have to call back and make an appointment with the doctor to discuss it. The doctor that I saw on the day of my original appointment basically did nothing except look in my eyes, ears and mouth and then send me to the hospital. She wasn't compassionate and acted like my concerns were unfounded and she didn't care about helping me.
