You know that scene at the end of Ratatouille where Anton, the critic, takes a bite of the disk and drops his fork and is swept back to his childhood? I had that happen the first time I ate a Mr. Taco taco. My father grew up in South America and had a passion for the cooking there. I could have sworn this was my father's cooking if I it weren't for the fact that he's no longer alive. the veggies and meat are always perfectly cooked: absolutely swimming in cilantro and flavor! Even the peppers and onions melt in your mouth like butter. I would never have expected so much from a small hole-in the wall type place, but do yourself a favor and try them out. I'm in love.
