I found Dr. Saperstein to be a very good physician. I have a problem with osteoarthritis in my left DIP joint of my left small finger. Dr. Saperstein was honest enough to send me to Dr. Schwartz an orthopedic hand surgeon for a second opinion. Dr Schwartz confrimed I do indeed have osteoarthritis of my DIP joint of my left small finger. I was told by both doctors the arthritis will spread in to other joints in my phalanges and as well as my hand joints. I will need hand surgery in the future, but for now pain management will work. I will be seeing a pain management doctor until surgery is needed. Dr' Saperstein cares about his patients and I would recommend him to people who want to know who is a good orthopedic surgeon in Boca Raton
