Review content:
I called their office to have the carpet in my 2 bedroom apartment cleaned. They gave me a quote for $25 per room. We agreed that the charge would be $75, for 2 bedrooms and the living room. It sounds like a great deal but don't fall for it. They said they would be going one day then called to give an excuse to come out some other day. We re-scheduled and again, they called to give another excuse and we re-scheduled once more.\r
Their crew finally showed up and told me that since i lived in apartment, there would be an additional $40 for the ""access fee."" They then told me that the $25 fee for each room is only for steam cleaning and does not take out stains nor does it sanitize and deodorize. When i inquired about that, tthey told me that sanitization and deodorizing is $10 per room. They also told me ""deep cleaning with pre-conditioning"" would be an additional $60 (for the stains). \r
To make a long story short, from the $75 that they quoted when i first called them up, i ended up paying $125 for what is really just ""steam vacuuming."" \r
Suffice it to say, my carpet is still dirty and i just paid $125 tfor someone to vacuum my apartment. Bummer.
