I had a great experience here. A concrete post jumped out and scraped my car, so I need it fixed. Car Craft had an employee meet me at the shop after hours so that I could drop it off at a time convenient for me. Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. They then gave me a menu of options for fixing the car with varying price ranges. I chose the cheapest one and I'm glad I did because the car looks perfect and the price was about half of what AutoMD predicted, saving me $500.
