Review content:
I took my suit to this cleaner and it was returned to me with a small hole in the back. The next time I went in to the get the suit cleaned I asked if there was anyway that the hole could be repaired. A man that I believe was the owner (Mr Kim???) said he didn't want to repair it and that he was no longer interested in cleaning it. When I further explained to him that the hole was caused by his cleaners he became mad and began screaming at me! His overreaction was an indication of guilt and he should be ashamed of how he handled the situation. I simply left without resolution.\r
I NEVER asked for any money back as I simply wanted the small hole repaired (I would have paid!!!)
