Review content:
I brought in a pair of dress trousers to have the waist taken in. The woman who owns the business measured them, but didn't mark the seat of the pants to be taken in as well. I worked in a suit store for years and am well versed in marking tailored menswear for alterations. When I picked them up, I discovered that although the waist fit, the seat was very baggy and looked terrible. I politely attempted to have the problem remedied, and the woman was very rude and impatient, who told me in broken English that she didn't want to waste her time. Well, I wear dress shirts and pants to my office 6 days a week, and I used to have all of my cleaning and pressing done here. After this awful experience, I will no longer be ""wasting her time"" by bringing her any more of my continued business.
