Marcucci was very straightforward. When I went in to their actual shop, it was very clean. The people there seemed to be glad to work there, unlike a lot of other HVAC places in my experiences, and they weren't at all sleazy. They didn't try to pull anything on me. By the time I had figured out what I was going to do, it was very clear when people were trying to up-sell me, but I got none of that from them. They were very straightforward, they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, and even after I paid them they came back and took care of some things that were not quite finished to their standards. I was very pleased with them, and I would recommend them without hesitation. They were far and away the best people I've ever dealt with in all the trades.
I had checked them out first on Angie's List, and I gave them a call, along with four other companies that were equally well rated. They were heads above the rest just from talking with them on the phone. Their work was really first quality, and their price was very competitive. I believe it was less than the other places, but even if it had been the same or more, I would have done business with them. You get more than what you paid for with Marcucci, and I would be amazed if people didn't like them.
