I was a little hesitant at first when I came in, but the staff made me feel comfortable right when I walked in. I thought that they were very professional, warm and friendly. I was very impressed that I didn't have to wait at all. I didn't even had any time to read a magazine. And I even got a hand parafin wax...Dr. Leong is great! She was very gentle and she answered all my questions. She's the best!
