Review content:
If I could rate negative stars I would! I have been going to this dentist office for years but not after today. The review I read from someone else about the ""ladies at front desk"" is absolutely true and I have felt the same before. Today the whole office made me feel like I was scum from the street. I don't have insurance at this time and I was in tremendous pain with an abscess. I explained my situation and they could not even offer a payment plan after I have lined their pockets with several thousand over the years. I was in tears with pain and Dr. Leal seemed to take his sweet time getting around to me and when he did he was condescending. I explained my concern for payment and the hygienist made a snide comment saying she did not get free dental work. I wasn't asking for ""free"" I was hoping they could work with me with a payment plan. As I wait in pain and in tears I hear the dentist chatting it up, carrying on with other people in the background taking his sweet time. No sense of urgency and I am in so much pain. I have refered probably ten different families to their practice but now my word of mouth will be a much different story. I will be looking for a new dentist needless to say. They used to play Christian music in the office ... hmmm very Christian behavior!
